Constellation Therapy

Our families are deeply intertwined through generations, family members having passed down traumas, unresolved obsessions to their descendants. This can manifest itself in physical or mental health issues or create blocks within relationships, business, money, health, mindset etc.-often without us even realizing it.

With this in mind, Family Constellation Therapy offers a way for us to heal those traumas passed down through generations by looking at them through an energetic perspective and breaking any blockages, negative patterns that have been created over time in the familial space.

Family Constellation OR FC is a powerful form of therapy that takes into account the energies of the family unit across 7 generations. It helps us to understand and shift our energetic field QUICKLY so that our ancestors’ trauma may be resolved OR aligned with the client’s highest good energetically. Reiki

Reiki is originally a Japanese form of energy healing. The premise of reiki is that the universal energy which is powerful and healing can be harnessed by our palms and used for physical and emotional healing. This is one of the most popular forms of healing.
